Join us for our 16th Anniversary Breakfast on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 7 AM to 9 AM. Our goal in gathering together this year is to encompass the spirit of hope, the pursuit of peace, and the act of building bridges and supporting the vital mission of the Coalition Against Global Genocide. We are setting the tone to focus on optimism, reconciliation, and collective efforts to create a more peaceful world.

Peter Van Arsdale, Ph.D, Guest Speaker
Peter Van Arsdale earned his doctorate in Applied and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Colorado – Boulder. Retired as a Senior Lecturer at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, he now serves as an Affiliate Faculty member (pro bono) at Regis University, working with students in its Master of Sustainable Development Practice program. His career spans 50 years, with most of his recent field work being in East Africa. He has served as co-founder of five Colorado organizations, one being The Denver Hospice. He served for 10 years as a member of the Coalition Against Global Genocide board, and now, as one of its advisors. His most recent book is Encounters: 50 Fascinating Strangers from My Life on the Road (Amity Bridge, 2022).
Ivonne Cameron, Mistress of Ceremonies
Ivonne Cameron is the founder and Managing Director of ISE International Group, a prominent consulting firm specializing in program and grants management, as well as business and community development. W ith over 17years of experience, she has held signicant roles along with leadership positions at for profit and non-profit companies. Ivonne has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Howard University and as a Fellow at Harvard University’s Policy Institute, while her work on Capitol Hill as a Senior Policy Fellow highlights her dedication to legislative policy. An accomplished entrepreneur, she has launched over 17 startups, and has secured nearly $1 billion in funding from foundations, grants and corporations. Recognized for her advocacy, she has represented women at the United Nations, been honored as a Global Ambassador for Liver Disease, and named a White House Champion of Change in Public Health. Ivonne’s commitment to social change is further evident through her board service with several non-profit organizations, including Vice Chair of the Coalition Against Global Genocide, underscoring her passion for philanthropy and creating a more peaceful and equitable world.
